You may choose to provide your name, phone number, email address, destination, travel month, traveller count, trip type, enquiry type, package interest, or a message when preparing a travel enquiry.

When you send the website enquiry form, the details you provide are stored in the Atul Travels lead system so the team can review, respond to, and manage your travel enquiry. After submitting, you may separately choose to continue the conversation through WhatsApp.

How enquiry information is used

Enquiry information may be used to understand your requirements, discuss travel options, answer questions, contact you by phone or WhatsApp, and keep track of the enquiry’s follow-up status. WhatsApp and your telecommunications provider handle communications made through their services under their own terms and privacy practices.

Website and service information

The site uses hosting, database, content-delivery, and media services to provide pages, store enquiries, and deliver images. Those providers may process basic technical information such as an IP address, browser details, requested URLs, and timestamps in ordinary security and delivery logs. The site also requests published content from the Atul Travels dashboard and displays images delivered by Cloudinary.

No analytics or advertising tracker is intentionally enabled in the current Phase-1 website.

Protection and external links

Reasonable care is taken when operating the website and handling information received directly, but no internet or communications service can be guaranteed completely secure. Links to services such as WhatsApp or the Google business profile take you to third-party services governed by their own policies.
